Shipping cost
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees are separate and are described below.
Processing time
Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, fraud screening, payment verification, and fulfillment requirements. In most cases, orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days.
Delivery time
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 7 to 12 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on external factors outside our control, including carrier delays, weather events, customs or import processing, local delivery disruptions, high order volume, payment verification, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after a shipment has been created.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
